We own and retain all right, title and interest in and to the Services, and all data and content contained therein, without limitation, to any games, titles, including any game content such as computer code, objects, characters, dialogue, concepts, artwork, Animations, catchphrases, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, operation methods, documents, in-game chat records, character information, game play records using game client and server software. Any use in violation of proprietary rights or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms of Use is expressly prohibited and may result in severe civil or criminal penalties.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, change, update any part of the service, such as virtual goods, virtual in-game items and any other features, as well as the specifications of the service, with or without prior notice to you or liability to you. You acknowledge and agree that you may be required to accept and download updates required for further use and support of the Services. You also acknowledge and agree that we may make automatic updates and/or modifications to the Services without manual installation, with or without further notice to you.

Finish

You understand and agree that in the event of any breach of any of these terms, whether such breach is accidental or intentional, these terms of use will automatically terminate. Upon termination, you must immediately cease any use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to terminate or disable your account at any time for any or no reason.
